We ask for 7 days to manufacture your new cushions and have them delivered to your door.
If your existing covers are worn, then the truth is that the foam is likely to be worn too and should be replaced. After excessive usage the foam seats will lose their angled corners and become somewhat rounded. If we were to replace just the covers, then they wouldn’t be a tight fit and wouldn’t look as they should.

Yes, we source all the materials from the UK. We manufacture the replacement cushions from our premises in Manchester.

We have a number of couriers which we can use, this usually depends on your location & the amount of cushions we need to deliver. The couriers we can use are Parcel Force, XPD & Yodel.
Everything we make is to order, so we are unable to accept returns. We offer free samples to help you choose the correct fabric, we also have a facility where you can upload images of your existing cushions and fill out an enquiry form if you need our help to get the dimensions perfect. Carousel Cane offer a premium delivery service, so that you receive your new full suite with minimal fuss and effort.
All suites within our range will be delivered on an exclusive ‘2 man white glove service’. The suites will be delivered to your home & fully installed into a room of your choice.
Once your order has been placed we will contact you directly to confirm a delivery date.
Delivery timescale of suites is 7 – 14 days.
For smaller items which may require a little home assembly, we will deliver them with a highly reputable courier.
